Revenue Operations Specialist

VIN Management System), is experiencing tremendous growth and has an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Operations Specialist with the ability to spend 5 days onsite in Kelowna or Vancouver, Canada. Reporting to the CRM Manager, there is an opportunity for a full-time, highly engaged, analytical and strategic individual to assist with improving customer retention, acquisition, and loyalty, ultimately driving business growth and success.


What you will do:


Process & Tools

  • Lead, influence, and champion best processes and behaviors to reinforce accountability for smooth endtoend process execution
  • Manage aspects of the deployment and maintenance of revenue processes governance and documentation
  • Be the process expert for providing sales support including but not limited to Lead Management,Opportunity Management, Quoting and Contract, Billing and Reporting in CRM

Data & Reporting

  • Ensure data stewardship including projects for advanced simplification
  • Create reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate customer insights to key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Provide CRM system and/or user support through guidance and trainings
  • Reporting simplify and optimize reports, make consumption of reports accessible and relevant for sales and leadership teams

Enablement & Knowledge Management

  • Enable business and sales stakeholders to leverage, adopt, and adhere to defined core sales processes or tools
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the (internal or external) learning experience and consumption of related content/messages

A bit about you

  • 3+ years of proven experience in business/sales/revenue operations role
  • A good knowledge of sales endtoend processes
  • Experience with CRM platform like Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office
  • A generalist you will get exposure to a wide range of improvement opportunities on processes, systems and data
  • An operational thinker with strong analytical skills and an ability to communicate with crossfunctional teams and business stakeholders
  • Be comfortable working with different interconnected teams
  • Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Development, Finance
