The inventory team is responsible for all receiving and processing of all incoming products as well as the management of all standing inventory in-store.

The Inventory Associate maintains and controls accurate inventory and adherence to inventory team standard operating procedures.

We are looking for a PT (Part Time) Inventory Associate to join our Hillside store's team.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • The Inventory Associate reports to the BOH ( back of house/warehouse) Assistant Manager, Store Manager
  • Ensure the proper execution of FARM's standard operating procedures.
  • Process and record product and transfers
  • Collaboratively work with FOH (Front of House) Team to ensure par levels (till drawer configuration) and professional merchandising is accomplished.
  • Receive and process shipments of product
  • Ensure Inventory control processes are implemented in a timely manner
  • Daily/weekly audit the inventory, cycle count and full inventory count
  • Quality assurance (data integrity) over inventory data within Inventory Management System (POS/ IMS).
  • Generate reports from Inventory Management System.
  • Identify and resolve issues in a collaborative, effective, and timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain a WorkSafe environment throughout the back of house areas.
  • Ensure that the back of house is maintained to be bright, organized, and clean.
  • Limiting waste and driving a culture of environmentalism within FARM, managing garbage and recycling, ensuring it is dealt with appropriately each day.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Understanding of the cannabis regulatory environment
  • Strong working knowledge of POS systems, Word, and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, time management, and problemsolving skills
  • Works well in high volume, high level of care, retail environment
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment
  • Serving it Right Certificate

Terms of Employment:


  • Able to work a variety of night/ weekend/ split shifts when required
  • Willing to sign FARM's terms of employment contract
  • Willing to cover shifts on short notice
