We're looking for a
Co-op Student, Employee Experience to work in the Experience, Communications, Marketing and Insights department to support the Employee Experience Manager and Senior Experience Specialist.

This is a four-month temporary opportunity starting September 2023.
Where you'll work


At WorkSafeBC, we offer a
hybrid work model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position.

In this role, you'll work primarily from your B.C.

home and be on-site in our Richmond office at a minimum of once per month or based on operational needs.

What you'll do


As a Co-op Student, Experience & Insights you will:

  • Provide support for new and ongoing employee experience projects to which includes administration, project management and research related tasks
  • Conduct secondary research in support of the Employee Experience function
  • Provide input to help impact change across the organization relating to employee experience
  • Schedule, coordinate, and take notes during focus groups and interviews
  • Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint reports and presentations in alignment with the WorkSafeBC brand
  • Provide support for projects which may involve proof reading, quality control or data checks on data, assistance with participant recruitment,, tracking project completions, organizing project folders

Your background and experience

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is required.
  • Experience with human resources, business administration, or marketing
  • Experience with social change, change management, and/or communications
