Description
We are looking for a Full Time Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operation.


Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties including word processing, faxing, photocopying, record keeping and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems;
Maintain and update employee files as well as prepare and process all payroll related paperwork;
Create pick -up schedules for drivers on a daily basis;
Perform all basic bookkeeping tasks;
Prepare invoices and other financial statements;
Performing other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Knowledgeable in major operating systems and software such as Microsoft, Mac, Outlook and QuickBooks Online;
Experience in bookkeeping/accounting related field (preferred);
Post-secondary education in Office Administrative/Accounting Business (preferred);
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail;
Ability to multitask and manage time well;

Must have a driver's license._


Salary:
$18-22/ hour depending on experience
