    Job Description:

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Bloom Care Solutions.

    The ideal candidate will have PSW certification or diploma, First Aid and CPR level C Certificate, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to provide personal care to clients, support them with daily living activities, and promote independence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide personal care to clients
    • Support clients with daily living activities
    • Promote client independence
    • Provide psychological and emotional support
    • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • PSW certification or diploma
    • First Aid and CPR level C Certificate
    • Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 1 year)
    • Strong time management skills and professionalism
    • Excellent communicator and team player

    Work Environment:

    • Travel within community or facility required
    • May involve long hours, including evenings and weekends
