- Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with administrative tasks such as creating job postings, drafting offer agreements, interview scheduling and coordination between the team, internal hiring managers, and external candidates
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate new hire onboarding processes and act as the liaison between incoming new hires and internal departments to help create a smooth onboarding experience
- Manage the employee referral process
- Liaise with third party services to manage background checks
- Verify weekly new hire list and prepare onboarding plans
- Third or forth year student pursuing a Bachelors or Diploma program in Business Administration, Commerce or Human Resources program
- A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with local and regional teams
- Have a willingness to learn and be self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Bilingual skills would be a strong asset
- Previous experience working with a fast paced environment considered an asset
