    Your role

    Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Intern

    In this role, you'll join our team of diverse Talent Acquisition professionals working in a fast-paced recruitment environment. You will also get the unique opportunity to learn more about full-cycle recruitment processes and best-in-class sourcing techniques

    The ideal person for this role will be someone who is eager and passionate about beginning a thriving career in recruitment

    Responsibilities

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with administrative tasks such as creating job postings, drafting offer agreements, interview scheduling and coordination between the team, internal hiring managers, and external candidates
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate new hire onboarding processes and act as the liaison between incoming new hires and internal departments to help create a smooth onboarding experience
  • Manage the employee referral process
  • Liaise with third party services to manage background checks
  • Verify weekly new hire list and prepare onboarding plans
  • Qualifications

  • Third or forth year student pursuing a Bachelors or Diploma program in Business Administration, Commerce or Human Resources program
  • A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with local and regional teams
  • Have a willingness to learn and be self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Bilingual skills would be a strong asset
  • Previous experience working with a fast paced environment considered an asset
