**: Reporting to the Regional Director, the role of the person sought is to assist the commercial operations team and provide effective operational support on a daily basis for all of the department's administrative and customer service activities.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Act as coordinator for special projects
  • Assist the immediate superior and other team members in daily and administrative tasks
  • Establish and maintain good business relationships with various stakeholders
  • Follows up on files, monitors deadlines, sends reminders, sees to obtaining the information requested within the prescribed deadlines
  • Occasionally entertain.
  • Participate in assigned special projects
  • Participate in rent collection
  • Performs research, collects and compiles data, completes certain reports and sends the relevant documentation to the persons concerned

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office automation
  • Perfect mastery of Office suite software (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
