Position Summary

CIMCO is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to administer the Parts sales process for our Edmonton OR Winnipeg office.

This role will appeal to you if you are highly organized, proactive in your approach and take pride in the provision of exceptional customer service.

Role Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service when taking orders, and problem solving in a professional manner
Interacting with current suppliers effectively; quoting and opening job orders
Quoting part and material sales to customers and internal sales support
Navigating internal inventory systems and vendor stock and inventory
Looking up parts and parts manuals for customers and sales account managers
Learning from and assisting technicians and service sales on an ongoing basis in a technical field

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in working with parts for Refrigeration or HVAC industry (asset)
Related customer service and/or sales Experience
Professional communication skills, both interpersonal and digital
Strong computer literacy
