Secretary / Administrative Assistant

Summary:

Thrive Fluid Management is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant at our Wembley location.


Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries

Accounts payable/ receivable support

Invoicing using various platforms such as Open Invoice and Cortex

Payroll support

Tracking and reporting of stats with precise accuracy using EXCEL

Various Data Entry using EXCEL and QuickBooks Online


Key Qualifications:

Outstanding over the phone and in person communication skills

Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills

The ability to be self directed

Work alone at times

Outgoing personality and team player

A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems

Excellent written and spoken English language

Computer savvy


Requirements:

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, customer service, & organizational skills

MUST be proficient in EXCEL and QUICKBOOKS online accounting software

Post secondary education in office administration or similar

Standard First Aid/CPR certified

$42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
