Job Description Summary

About the Role

Join Sunbelt Rentals as an Equipment Rental Specialist In this inside sales role, you'll support walk-in and phone customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment.

You'll be the first point of contact—helping customers find the right tools, placing orders, and ensuring top-notch service.

What You'll Do

Assist customers with equipment rentals (phone & in-person)
Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
Process orders and handle administrative tasks
Deliver exceptional customer service every time

What We're Looking For

High School diploma or GED
Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment Bonus if you have:
Equipment rental experience
Knowledge of parts and equipment
Strong customer service and computer skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to bend, squat, lift 50 lbs+, and work indoors/outdoors as needed.

Base Pay Range

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
