ABOUT THE ROLE

Install 3M products such as window films, vinyl wraps, paint protection films, and architectural finishes according to company standards and specifications.
Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a precise fit and finish.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable 3M products.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Responsible for ensuring each vehicle is showroom ready, inside and out.
Prepare vehicles for delivery including full interior and exterior detail.

You possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean Driver's Abstract
2 years previous experience as a 3M Installer or similar role.
Proficiency in installing a variety of 3M products, including window films, vinyl wraps, paint protection films, and architectural finishes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver highquality workmanship.
Certification or training in 3M product installation is a plus.
