Therapist Role

Clinical Therapists are sought after to provide high-quality counseling services, helping individuals and groups achieve improved mental well-being. The right candidate will be a skilled professional with expertise in evidence-based therapies such as CBT.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience delivering therapy services, preferably in community settings. They must also be able to work within trauma-informed frameworks and maintain confidentiality while managing complex client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients, assess their needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans using strength-based approaches.


• Deliver therapeutic interventions through various modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).


• Conduct crisis assessments, implement stabilization strategies, and ensure the safety of all parties involved.


• Maintain accurate documentation according to industry standards and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care coordination.
