We are searching for an Occupational Therapist to join our West Bedford Transitional Health team based in Bedford, Nova Scotia.We are seeking a compassionate and professional Occupational Therapist to support the goal of returning patients to home/community by being engaged in interprofessional collaboration,
offering evidence-based clinical expertise to inform care plans that fit with patient/family goals,
using effective communication strategies,
shared decision-making,
and mutual support.
