    Description

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at Right Price Auto Sales Ltd. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week.

    The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

    About the Role

    In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and managing cash. You will also be required to hire and train or arrange for training of staff, establish work schedules, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.

    You will play a crucial role in the success of our sales team, providing advice about merchandise, conducting sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, and providing customer service. Your ability to operate cash registers, manage inventory, and perform data entry will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (not specified as an absolute requirement in the original text)
    • 1-2 years of experience in sales management or a related field
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    Working Conditions
