Gruppo Terroni is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our diverse and passionate creative team of Industry leaders.

Our family run business has now grown over the years into a multi-faceted operation encompassing restaurants, bakeries, commissaries and retail shops operating under the brands Terroni, Sud Forno, Spaccio, Cavinona Wine Agency and La Bottega di Terroni online shop.

Description of Role:

Duties:

Coordinate & conduct onboarding/orientation sessions for all new employees
Utilize the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) to manage employee records, upload documents, run reports, etc.
Maintain employee records including new hire paperwork, training records, documentation, etc
Coordinate companywide HR training sessions
Participate in the research and development of new policies, procedures and programs
Produce metrics and submit reports on HR activities
Conduct audits to measure the success of HR programs and recommend corrective action

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business degree/certificate
Minimum 2 or more years' experience working within an HR department
CHRP designation considered an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Good organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Docs
Experience working with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) preferred
