    Job Description Summary

    This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers and experienced Sales Professional from the Staffing industry to join a young & successful team in a dynamic and fast-paced growth environment. You will become part of the Canada business development team for range of industries such as IT, Retail, Banking, insurance, Healthcare etc. The successful candidate will be highly effective in navigating the prospective client through all facets of the sales process from prospect prioritization through to contract signing and will have demonstrated the ability to deliver a value-based sales proposition. The person will help to increase the number of clients who are willing to use Avanciers RPO service across different verticals. This individual will lead the formation of a strong sales team and help shape, implement, and manage the organization's sales plan and strategy.

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Working with the leadership team to define the customer segmentation, prioritization, selection & on boarding strategy
    • End-to-end on-boarding of mid to large market companies onto Avanciers platform from lead generation to commercial negotiations, contract closing & start taking the staffing requirements live.
    • Planning consistent growth in key business metrics in line with company objectives and providing an accurate weekly/monthly forecast of opportunities.
    • Monitor and aligning daily activities to ensure key deliverable and pipeline management
    • Coordinate & collaborate with various internal stake holders to drive alignment of business objectives and successful execution of plans.
    • Develop a feedback loop to ensure constantly improving experience for partner merchants / brands

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Six months to two years of sales and marketing experience preferably from Staffing industry,
    • A consistent record of demonstrated history of exceeding sales target
    • Consultative sales style and excellent core sales skills
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, and concisely
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
    • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    CONTRACT DURATION: 12 months
