This position will be fully remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively propose process improvements to the business based on software capabilities.
  • Assist developers on the team as needed, providing clarification on requirements and input to proposed solutions.
  • Conduct system testing of internal and vendor-provided fixes and enhancements and assist the business users in developing test scripts.
  • Support business testers during User Acceptance Testing.-
  • Store documentation in the appropriate document repository as per department standards.
  • Lead the ticketing and change management process for assigned work and conduct end user training as required.
  • Follow Incident Management, Release Management, and Change Management processes in line with best practices.


What We Are Looking For- Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration- Construction industry experience, particularly financial, is an asset- Experience in facilitating meetings and training sessions, and well-developed English communication skills (both written and oral) are a must.

Effective and efficient problem solving and decision-making skills; thoughtful, proactive and creative- Knowledge of IT access controls and change management processes- Expert in ITIL-based processes- Familiarity with ITSM/Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, MESD, Jira- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them- Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, strong math skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail- Highly developed interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills- Sense of urgency, flexibility, and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
