This position will be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

Proactively propose process improvements to the business based on software capabilities.
Assist developers on the team as needed, providing clarification on requirements and input to proposed solutions.
Conduct system testing of internal and vendor-provided fixes and enhancements and assist the business users in developing test scripts.
Support business testers during User Acceptance Testing.-
Store documentation in the appropriate document repository as per department standards.
Lead the ticketing and change management process for assigned work and conduct end user training as required.
Follow Incident Management, Release Management, and Change Management processes in line with best practices.

What We Are Looking For- Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration- Construction industry experience, particularly financial, is an asset- Experience in facilitating meetings and training sessions, and well-developed English communication skills (both written and oral) are a must.

Effective and efficient problem solving and decision-making skills; thoughtful, proactive and creative- Knowledge of IT access controls and change management processes- Expert in ITIL-based processes- Familiarity with ITSM/Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, MESD, Jira- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them- Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, strong math skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail- Highly developed interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills- Sense of urgency, flexibility, and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
