The Position:
Restoration Technician - **WINMAR Property Restoration is expanding and looking for energetic and self-motivated employees to join our team. This position is full time, and offers a competitive wage based on experience and expertise.

The role will be primarily responsible for water extraction and for the cleanup phase of residential and commercial properties that have experienced a loss.


General Responsibilities and Performance Expectations include:

  • Water Extraction
  • Set up & monitoring drying equipment
  • Asbestos containment and removal
  • Performing demolitions & light construction tasks
  • Cleaning up debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring
  • Setting up containment and decontaminating
  • Upholding all company policies and procedures; including OH&S
  • Confidence in leading other technicians and labor
  • Able to work well in team environments as well as alone
