RE/MAX Elite is currently looking to fill the role of Real Estate Receptionist, a full-time position at our North Edmonton office.

Become part of our professional, fun and collaborative team, providing support Monday through Friday 8:30- 5:00.

  • Friday 8:305:00pm at our North office location.

Key responsibilities essential to this position include:

  • Main support assisting Agents with their real estate listings
  • Auditing listing paperwork
  • Processing listing contracts in Skyslope
  • Answering telephone calls and operate multiline switchboard.
  • Welcoming visitors to the office and introducing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Providing a range of reports depending on what is requested by the manager or sales associates
  • Assist with Social Media Postings, Graphic design in Canva, and managing Agent Communications.
  • Data entry
  • Enter and Update Listings
  • Distributing mail, faxes and overnight packages to the appropriate parties
  • Overseeing the general appearance of the office, as well as keeping supplies well stocked
  • Process credit/debit payments for Agents office bills
  • Accept and record deposit cheques
  • Creating Brochures as requested by the Agents
  • Send Group communication through touchbase
  • Responsible for ordering supplies for the office
  • Input Agent charges into office system
  • Additional duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS
-
Real Estate, or direct comparable Experience a significant asset
:


  • Two years' experience in a similar administrative & receptionist role
- preferably in Real Estate

  • Previous data entry experience is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft software including outlook, word, excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational, technical, time management skills, flexibility and attention to detail are required
  • Positive attitude, team player and excellent ability to work independently with little supervision

Salary:

From $18.00 per hour
