The Warehouse Manager position at TAS Montreal is designed to ensure that the warehouse delivers on all service commitments and and runs efficiently.

The individual in this role will train and direct all warehouse staff in the pursuit of cost effective, profitable, compliant, safe, and exceptional customer service.

The Warehouse Manager will also look to make improvements to existing policies and procedures, through the use of TAS systems and a continuous improvement mindset.

The Warehouse Manager will manage the performance of warehouse staff using an accountability matrix and accordingly make employment and disciplinary decisions.

Le directeur d'entrepôt gère les performances du personnel de l'entrepôt à l'aide d'une matrice de responsabilité et prend en conséquence des décisions en matière d'emploi et de discipline.
