Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Respond to inquiries from prospective clients
  • Sort out and organize supporting documents provided by the clients
  • Keep up to date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws and regulations
  • Keep clients up to date with their immigration status and communicate any foreseeable delays
  • Perform other general and administrative duties as required

Skills and qualifications:


  • MUST be RCIC
  • Must have minimum 3 years of relevant immigration experience
  • Client focus, attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong ability to multitask

Part-time, Casual


Salary:
From $20.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • RCIC License (required)
