    Description

    A career as a Lead Backend Developer on the Hyperautomation team at National Bank means growing your technical skills on a fast growing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform, while also developing your creative and innovative mindset. You will help build robust services on AWS, integrate AI capabilities, and industrialize delivery using modern DevOps practices.

    In this role, your technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills (influence, collaboration, leadership) become a concrete lever to accelerate your growth and your impact.

    Your role

    • Design, develop, and deploy robust services and APIs on AWS
    • Evolve the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) asset to meet the organization's strategic needs
    • Integrate artificial intelligence services to automate document processing and classification
    • Ensure the quality, security, and performance of solutions
    • Influence technical decisions and promote best practices

    Your team

    Prerequisites

    • University certificate and 3 years of experience in software development
    • Backend development experience (Python, Java)
    • Strong knowledge of AWS environments
    • DevOps and Infrastructure as Code expertise (Terraform, CI/CD)
    • Knowledge of AWS AI services (Textract, Bedrock)
    • Frontend knowledge (React)
