We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a team of developers that are building and managing the technology ecosystem for our Delivery and Service teams. You will be in constant discussions with the operational and business architecture teams to remain abreast of their needs. You will have a clear view of the built-up backlog, be able to prioritize the work in order to best deliver against business requirements; you will be responsible for aligning with stakeholders on scope being delivered and setting clear expectations on required time and effort. You will have to manage team members' workload distribution to handle both projects / initiatives as well as maintenance work, while providing transparency and visibility on changes to committed scope and timeline. You will define, evangelize and enable adherence to deploying enterprise-grade software, from design to QA/UAT, while instilling a habit of launching via releases. You will ensure all developers are constantly aligned with the ecosystem architect to maintain integrity, scalability and sustainability of the technology deployed. You will own 3rd party vendor relationships and negotiate related agreements. In a nutshell, you will play a pivotal role in continuing to push our organization into a global technology leader.

Vous serez en discussion constante avec les équipes opérationnelles et d'architecture d'entreprise afin de rester au courant de leurs besoins. Vous aurez une vision claire du backlog constitué, serez capable de prioriser le travail afin de répondre au mieux aux exigences de l'entreprise ; vous serez responsable de l'alignement avec les parties prenantes sur le périmètre livré et de la définition d'attentes claires en termes de temps et d'efforts requis. Vous devrez gérer la répartition de la charge de travail des membres de l'équipe pour gérer à la fois les projets / initiatives et le travail de maintenance, tout en assurant la transparence et la visibilité sur les changements apportés à la portée et au calendrier engagés.
