Description

Oversees the cleaning and sanitization of equipment, surfaces, and plant environment by providing direction, technical support to all sanitation employees and other plant employees as required.


Plan sanitation requirements and activities by establishing priorities, scheduling, assigning work and communicating with sanitation staff and key stakeholders as required.

Monitor, update Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures; lead and participate in audits.

Provides leadership, direction, guidance, supervision, evaluation, motivation and training of sanitation employees.


Ensures that both Company and Governmental quality, sanitation and environmental standards are met through close liaison with Quality Assurance and Food Safety Departments.

Liaises with the Maintenance Department to minimize downtime and ensure product safety and quality.


Ensures safe conditions s; takes appropriate action to protect the health and safety of employees; Order, manage inventory and sanitation operating budget.


Support and promote the Company's values as with the Company's health and safety program, maintain a safe working environment and ensure continued compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety.

Builds and maintains effective internal and external relationships and other duties as required.


Salary:
$70,000.00-$850,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Dairy factoring environment;: 3 years (preferred)
  • Dairy operations with emphasis on processing and sanitation;: 2 years (preferred)
