We are seeking a Senior Controller to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial and business strategies for our quickly expanding operations.This is a permanent opportunity ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a start-up environment with fast-paced, driven, passionate team. Key Responsibilities include managing accounting operations, establishing internal controls, leading budgeting forecasting process tracking monthly performance maintaining accurate inventory costing records preparing monthly financial statements ensuring compliance tax filings coordinating annual provision information auditors formulating accounting policies procedures controls. Experience attributes required Completion Bachelor Commerce Chartered Professional Accounting CPA Designation minimum 3 years progressive relevant experience preferably industry extensive experience knowledge aspects financial management including budget preparation superior communication interpersonal skills proven leadership skills driven support team members growth development good problem-solving skills ability make necessary decisions move forward work hand results orientated performer strong desire learn grow.
