Position Details:

What you will do:

Provide support in carrying and planning out TPRM and Strategic Sourcing initiatives
Assist in the design, deployment, and validation of the TPRM Framework, Policy, requirements, processes while aligning with regulatory requirements
Provide ongoing support and guidance to Business Units as their single point of contact throughout the thirdparty lifecycle, coordinating with 2nd line control functions, ongoing monitoring / performance monitoring, issues management, data and reporting and offboarding activities
Responsible for providing support for regulatory reporting on third party risk management for the insurance entities in accordance with OSFI guideline B10
Ensure all third parties are appropriately monitored throughout the third party lifecycle to identify any changes in their risk profile
Assist in drafting TPRM technology solution requirements and provide support to ensure standardization and automation of TPRM activities
Support in identifying, developing, and facilitating sourcing strategies in key spend areas and strategic initiatives
Provide assistance in designing the Strategic Sourcing Guideline and Policy

Who you are:

University/College degree in Finance, Commerce, Legal, Risk Management or related field
A minimum of 8 years of proven experience managing complex TPRM or strategic sourcing projects in P&C insurance or financial industry environment
Strong knowledge and experience working in P&C insurance or reinsurance industry, or financial industry and regulatory requirements is required (B10, E21, OSFI)
Professional designation in CIP and/or CRM is considered an asset
Excellent communication skills both written and oral as well as demonstrated interpersonal skills
