We are looking for a Senior Controls Specialist located in Oakville Ontario to work full-time with our client from
February 2024 until December 2024.

Your day-to-day might consist of the following:

• Developing PLC, HMI, and/or SCADA logic to customer standards
• Onsite machine startup assistance, including programming, debugging, and support
• Electrical controls design
• Project documentation (prints, manuals, programs)
• Working with others on the team and with customers to review issues and develop solutions

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or University Degree in related field (engineering, mechatronics, etc.)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of PLC logic (Siemens, Rockwell, Phoenix Contact, Telemecanique, etc.)
• Experience in industrial controls and automation systems, preferably for the automotive industry
• Access to your own vehicle
• A problem solver and a collaborator
• Selfmotivated, honest, and dependable
• Organized and conscientious

Experience with the following skillsets would be considered an asset:

• Machine design using AutoCAD or E-PLAN
• SCADA such as Wonderware or Ignition

- factory automation systems or MES systems

• Programming robots such as ABB or FanucSiFACS (GM) or FAST (Ford)
