Your Opportunity:
This Supply Chain Lead position will be part of the CPSM O.R. team at RGH.
You will be involved in customer service, supply replenishment, deal with both internal and external orders, meeting tight deadlines and improving service levels.
Under mínimal guidance or direction, this position will work closely with O.R. Clinical Support Managers and liaise with clinicians, educators, and other Clinical and CPSM stakeholders. The position will exhibit leadership over Supply Coordinators, and Store Attendants who are part of the CPSM OR department.The Lead will be responsible for management of all human resources matters within the respective area of operations, including hiring, performance evaluation, staff development, attendance, labour relations, and disciplinary matters.
