    As a Full-Time Production Operator, you play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring the availability of quality products to meet our customers' needs promptly.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform blending, measuring, and production of raw materials for industrial coatings manufacturing.
    • Prepare materials and products for packaging and shipment to customers.
    • Work in a production environment adhering to safety protocols.
    • Report to the Production Shipping Supervisor.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift weights up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
    • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, undertake various tasks, and potentially work overtime.
