Description

Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals and deliverables
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Plan, schedule & track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
Supporting the Business Systems team, collaborate and contribute to various tasks related to support and projects
Take responsibility for certain business systems project tasks

Requirements:

Knowledge of, and ability to perform Business Analysis best practices, the ability to interview users to gather requirements, and to capture these in a clear and concise way.
Knowledge of, and ability to perform Project Management including preparing and maintaining project plans, meeting minutes, etc.
Require knowledge of key business systems; JDE, Cognos, Trade Pro, EDI systems
Understanding of accounting concepts and transaction flow
