SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

We're searching for an experienced, enthusiastic and digitally-driven Social Media Strategist to join our growing digital marketing team at Reflect Media.

You will be responsible for posting and engaging on our social media channels, writing social media copy, sourcing images and designing graphics.

As an integral part of our digital marketing team, you will be reporting to knowledgeable account managers and working closely with clients to understand and achieve their marketing goals.

• Hybrid-Remote work (Must be available in the Okanagan regularly)
• Fulltime or parttime available

Role Responsibilities:

• Strategy, implementation, optimization and reporting of social media initiatives for a wide range of clients and industries.
• Developing engaging copy and graphics for all social media posting and platforms
• Optimized scheduling and detailed reporting
• Consulting on paid social media campaigns
• Regular engagement on behalf of amazing clients
• Develop exciting engagement strategies
• Developing social media brand guidelines, hashtag strategies, content pillars

Role Requirements:

• 3+ Years of experience managing all social media platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Experience with social media scheduling and reporting software
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Ability to create engaging video content for reels (raw video content provided)
• Strong marketing strategy skills, constantly exploring new platforms and opportunities.
• Sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with many different departments/personalities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
