Analytics Advisor

Location: Toronto

Hybrid- In Office as and when needed (else Remote)

week hours- 37.5 hours

Contract Duration- 6 months to start with - extension is highly possible

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science or business analytics; our teams bring a diverse set of backgrounds and perspectives

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and recommendations

Minimum of 5 years of experience querying and analyzing large datasets with tools such as SQL, Spark, etc.

Strong preference for professional experience in a internal or external facing consulting role

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of statistical concepts and methods

Strong business acumen

Proficiency in data visualization with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI and developing compelling and polished presentations in PowerPoint

Possess excellent written and oral communication skills and comfortable interfacing with stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds; we interact with both technical and non-technical audiences and value clear communication and effective storytelling

Strong project management and collaboration skills with a demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results
