PROJECT COORDINATOR

Foundry has in-house design, project management, fabrication, and installation services to execute projects across North America. Our stainless fabrication division proudly builds high quality fixtures exclusively for the foodservice industry.

Our locally owned and operated business includes an innovative showroom and test kitchen, equipment inventory, white-glove delivery team and skilled stainless installation.

The vision and purpose of the
- _Project Coordinator_ position is to:
Deliver an excellent order fulfillment experience, by bringing a high level of detail, communication and accuracy to the sales order process. Collaborating with other departments for smooth execution with primary support directed to the Project Managers-
Provide customer service confidence, by ensuring accurate information and resources are deployed to customers at the appropriate time in a professional manner.-
Support sales consultants with business development. Working directly with sales team members in creating quotations or sales materials to effectively delivery on the promises made, support revenue growth and account relations.


Capabilities & Experience:


  • Soft skills to collaborate with a broad range of clients, technical experts, consultants, trades, vendors, and other project partners.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; thorough understanding of task assignment and schedule, budgeting, and efficient use of time & resources.
  • Strong computer skills and literacy in scheduling, writing, reporting, and use of other software including MS Word, MS Excel, SAP and Asana.
  • Demonstrate the ability to confidently handle multiple priorities and assignments.
  • Must be able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • 25 years of related project coordination experience.
