Position Details

  • The Decision Support Analyst supports the quality assurance, decision making and process improvement activities of the Maltby Centre.
  • Through the collection and analysis of accurate data, maintenance of information systems and the production of comprehensive reports and recommendations for improvement, the Decision Support Analyst assists the Agency to develop, implement and report on systems of accountability; adopt a quality improvement philosophy; and create and implement a performance measurement framework.
  • Reports are produced to meet Ministry and Agency requirements as well as to disseminate program evaluation findings.

Qualifications:


  • Two years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Possess indepth knowledge of and the ability to utilize program evaluation, statistical analysis, query and reporting methodologies.
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively compile reports and present findings to diverse audiences and to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI and Excel preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Power Automate is considered an asset
  • Assets include: current certification in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (FA/CPR), Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NVCI), SafeTalk, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHMIS) and French Language proficiency, written and verbal.
