Design Consultant
Nortem advises its clients on the best way to develop, design and procure the building envelope, using our knowledge of the supply chain to provide high-level technical advice across the design process, including choice of materials and systems.
We're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our highly successful sales force in the growing home improvement industry. Our Design Consultants go to under construction buildings in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners, bulders or architects to make a decision on their siding material.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Travel to and from your residence to pre trageted area within the greater Toronto area _ no cold calling or door knocking_
- Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during inhome consultations
- Follow a valuebased selling process embodying honesty and integrity
- Attend trainings and regular sales meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid driver's license (required)
- Comfortable traveling on a daily basis (required)
- Ability to lift and carry at least 2040 lbs. of sample materials (required)
- Previous outside sales experience is a asset
- Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
- A strong desire and ability to close the sale
Compensation and Benefits:
- Bonus pay

Salary:
$35.00-$50.00 per hour
