Job Description:

As a member of the team, you will provide the highest quality of customer service and take care of:

Greet people and provide beverages for guests
Cleans and prepares buffet for opening and closing. Maintaining clean stations throughout shift.
Polishing glassware, cutlery and folding napkins during downtime
Informing supervisors when products are running low
Follows all safety procedures to ensure workplace is safe for themselves and everyone else
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Asking for management assistant where necessary.
Provides guests with dietary needs special meals
Takes pride in personal appearance and follows site grooming guidelines and dress code.
Complete opening and closing side duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a server in a restaurant, lounge or banquet hall.
Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; prioritize, organize and followup; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest's service needs; work cohesively with coworkers as part of a team; work with mínimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent data.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
