Property Management Co. Requires a Cleaner/Lot Maintenance Person

The cleaning of halls and all common areas, min. weekly/or as needed.


The moving of garbage bin to street for pick up Wednesday's & Friday mornings, and return bins to designated area after city pick up.

Monitoring laundry room and hallways. Helping management with maintenance issues by monitoring and speaking with tenants when they have issues in their apartment.

Access apartment when required to assess the situation, take pictures and communicate with Property Manager/Maintenance to schedule repairs and get permission to access apartment.

Summer duties will require some grass cutting, garbage pickup and tending to small flower gardens as needed.

$16.35-$25.04 per hour
