Crossroads Restaurant is seeking experienced Servers to join our professional hospitality team. We are hiring for both full-time (year-round) and seasonal positions.

We are looking for service professionals who are passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Our ideal candidate takes pride in delivering thoughtful, elevated guest experiences with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2+ years serving experience in a similar upscale or fine dining restaurant setting (required)
• Valid SmartServe certification (mandatory)
• Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Evening and weekend availability
