- Bachelor of Education Degree
- Valid Saskatchewan Professional A teaching certificate
- Master's degree in a related field, or a willingness to obtain as a condition of employment
- Experience in a school administration role is considered an asset
- A drive to enthusiastically guide and empower staff, students, and community to achieve educational excellence
- Leadership in delivering high quality educational programs and services that encompass all aspects of effective schools
- Management skills to ensure safe, orderly, accountable school operations
- An understanding of the diverse needs of students and knowledge of strategies to support every student.
- Ability to align efforts at the school level to support the School Division's strategic direction

There is a professional staff compliment of FTE teachers including one vice-principal and FTE support staff.
