    Description
    Montmartre School offers Kindergarten to Grade 12 programming to an enrolment of approximately 245 students. There is a professional staff compliment of FTE teachers including one vice-principal and FTE support staff. Montmartre School provides a strong academic program and supports students to become caring, competent, responsible citizens who value education and life-long learning. Montmartre is located 142km east of Regina.

    Assignment:
    • 40% administrative duties, 60% teaching assignment
    • Salary and benefits is outlined in the STF Provincial Collective Bargaining agreement. Current administrative allowance is approximately $11,328.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor of Education Degree
    • Valid Saskatchewan Professional A teaching certificate
    • Master's degree in a related field, or a willingness to obtain as a condition of employment
    • Experience in a school administration role is considered an asset
    Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:
    • A drive to enthusiastically guide and empower staff, students, and community to achieve educational excellence
    • Leadership in delivering high quality educational programs and services that encompass all aspects of effective schools
    • Management skills to ensure safe, orderly, accountable school operations
    • An understanding of the diverse needs of students and knowledge of strategies to support every student.
    • Ability to align efforts at the school level to support the School Division's strategic direction
