- Manages and leads collaborative business planning with the strategic goals to develop and execute key partnership initiatives, category programs and drive brand sales.
- Contacts/visits customers to review and identify strategic direction, problem areas and opportunities to promote product growth.
- Develops Account Business Plans including goals, key initiatives, major actions, key support needed, and new product recommendations.
- Develop relationships with all key decision makers, both internal and external.
- Keeps abreast of competitive activities within the responsible geographies and communicates appropriate activity in a timely manner.
- Act as a system-wide expert on strategy, business systems, and operating philosophy of assigned customer(s).
- Ensure flawless execution of programs throughout the system.
- Collaborates with cross-functional representatives to ensure that Coca-Cola North America delivers the full depth and breadth of resources that result in mutual benefits/results.
- Leads the stewardship routines with responsible distributors and partners that measures/communicates each partner's activities against mutually agreed upon plans.
- Champions change through elimination of barriers and ongoing service issues to provide highest level of customer service.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of national sales experience within the beverage or CPG industries.
- The ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects.
- Relationship management experience with highly complex customers is required.
- Must possess the ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results.

As a Senior National Account Executive, you will be responsible for the development of direct sales strategies aimed at achieving and/or exceeding the predetermined sales objectives to support the growth of the company's business; sells products and services to a select group of large national accounts. We are seeking a highly-motivated individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge of retail sales, customer management (national in scope), revenue growth, P&L/financial acumen, contract negotiations and customer marketing; ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.
