I'm hiring for leverage.
This role begins at 5–10 hours per week supporting me directly. The long-term intention is growth — expanded responsibility, broader exposure, and meaningful operational involvement as capability and trust develop.
This is not a static support role. The right person could grow in multiple directions over time depending on strengths and interests.

Operationally, you:
Enjoy strengthening structure and improving how things work
Research thoroughly and synthesize information clearly
Compare options and make reasoned recommendations
Learn new technology quickly, including project management software, visual collaboration and process-mapping tools, and sales or marketing systems
Communicate fluently in written and spoken English
I prioritize working with founders from historically underrepresented communities, including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and women-led businesses. Cultural awareness, respect for diverse lived experiences, and alignment with equity-centered values are important in this work.
Administrative and Opertational Responsibilities include:
Inbox and communication flow management
Calendar coordination
Meeting follow-ups and accountability tracking
SOP refinement and documentation
Developing tools, templates, and internal or client-facing resources
Research Responsibilities Include:
Evaluating businesses or markets
Comparing software solutions and recommending options
Over time, this role can expand significantly — into deeper operational leadership, client-facing work, systems design, project ownership, and other areas based on demonstrated strengths.
Hours & Compensation:
5–10 hours per week to start
Up to $15/hour USD
Expanded scope and compensation tied to demonstrated capability and ownership
