Our Small & Medium Enterprise Health Solutions team is looking for a consultant to join their team of professionals in Quebec.

What the day will look like Deliver broking/placement as well as respond to escalated ad hoc client service inquiries Observe and recommend ways to improve client deliverables, efficiency and profitability Manage the business relationship with SME clients Negotiate and maintain Aon's engagement agreements with clients Diligently maintain client hygiene with timely maintenance of Aon's Client Planner tool, Aon CRM, Time Reporting, and other related systems Take ownership of personal client portfolio P&L and client revenue allocation Manage relationship with local carrier service teams Build and maintain a high degree of "Aon IQ" in order to recognize cross selling opportunities with Aon's other client solutions lines Build relationships with Canadian Commercial Risk, Retirement and Investment colleagues as well as US and Global Health colleagues, to generate opportunities for the Canadian SME Benefits Practice Involve specialty business unit leaders & colleagues to support on client activities as needed Provide support to Health Solution's new logo business development producers Provide support to USA & Global Aon colleagues with clients requiring Aon Health Solutions Canadian assistance, expertise and engagement for Health Solution's new logo business in Canada Support the delivery of client solutions developed by the national broking team Supportive of delivery, but also refining our Aon developed standard client solutions Support and deliver, but also provide feedback on innovating, our standardized market offering

Skills and experience that will lead to success
High levels of social and emotional intelligence
A natural ability and interest in networking with both internal and external stakeholders
University degree or equivalent years of experience in the Benefits Brokerage & Consulting space
Life Insurance License (LLQP) required or progressing toward the completion of the Life License
High level of adaptability and resiliency to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment
Proven success with managing competing priorities, shifting deadlines and demanding clients
Demonstrated ability to remain current with respect to industry trends, Provincial and Federal legislative policies and change
