SUMMARY

Advertience is seeking an Associate Director, Digital to be responsible for conception through to delivery of innovative, well-targeted, business-building digital marketing solutions to meet or exceed client objectives.

This involves, but is not limited to, the creation and execution of digital media strategies and plans, uncovering of insights to inform the development of plans, and the flawless execution of marketing solutions that drive high performance across all channels and business units.

The Associate Director will be client-facing and work collaboratively with all internal and external teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive success.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and nurture ongoing client partnerships at all levels, and maintain indepth knowledge of client businesses
  • Actively listen to clients, continually identifying opportunities and addressing challenges
  • Develop and propose digital media solutions that will add value, and demonstrate expected
return on investments; ensure recommendations and decisions are consistent with client's
marketing/advertising objectives and strategies

  • Develop process improvements and best practices to ensure consistency, flexibility, and
efficiency to result in solutions that meet or exceed clients' expectations

  • Support management of clientrelated financial accounts and billing
  • Be responsible for stewardship of the company's digital media business, ensuring quality of
work for all deliverables

  • Assume ultimate responsibility for all media implemented, actively and directly contributing to media activation, optimization and execution
  • Act with high integrity while maintaining positive, open relationships with media partners and suppliers
  • Gain recognition as an industry expert, staying current with emerging, changing and impacting industry/market trends and technologies
  • Continually assess the competitiveness of company practices against relevant competition,
industries, and markets

  • Manage team workflow, assignments, and deliverables, supporting team members to be highly functional and produce high quality work in timely manners
  • Work in collaboration with team members across the organization, leveraging skills and
resources effectively

  • Support team members to drive success for the individual, the team, and the company as a
whole

  • Foster an open, inclusive environment that inspires innovation and creativity, encourages
proactiveness and intelligent risk taking, and promotes engagement and collaboration

  • Assist in networking, interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience_

  • 8+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying and management
  • Bachelor's Degree with a preferred concentration in advertising, marketing, business
administration, and/or communications


Skills

  • Demonstrated business acumen with a track record of success in media services and solutions
  • Superior project and account management skills to effectively manage multiple and/or
concurrent projects/deliverables with flexibility and resiliency

  • Ability to build and strengthen client relationships with proven success in leading and growing client business
  • Clear understanding of the digital marketing/advertising space as it pertains to enterpriselevel business objectives
  • Strong desire to seek innovative and breakthrough ideas, approaches and solutions
  • Highly selfmotivated, wellorganized, and attentive to details with a high degree of initiative and productivity
  • Demonstrated leadership and a team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • High degree in quantitative skills, including data analytics and conceptual mathematics
