Title:
Bilingual Project Manager


Location:
Montreal - 2 days per week at the office required


Duration:12 months on an hourly basis of 37.5 hours/week


Keypoints/ Highlights:


  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline;
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in management and recovery of largescale programs and/or projects in Agile mode
  • Be bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
  • Experience in recovery of largescale projects/programs (more than 15 million)
  • Recovery program involving several stakeholders.

Assets:


  • PMP, ACP and SAFe certifications are assets (knowledge of Agile mode)

Job description:


Profile sought:
A person who has worked on high visibility projects, with several parties involved. Must be able to get things done while keeping teams motivated.


Main responsibilities:


  • Be responsible for developing the program's recovery plan, taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders and connections with other programs/projects, while ensuring consistency with the vision of the promoter's business objectives
  • Establish adequate governance that ensures sound, effective management of the program
  • In collaboration with the various project managers and contribution managers, be responsible for putting in place winning conditions in order to meet business objectives and recover profits while respecting agreed agreements and achieving targets
  • Ensure the maintenance of the winning conditions that will have been put in place by the recovery activities.
  • Develop risk analysis, impacts and related strategies taking into account different factors in order to manage the level of risk of the program
  • Responsible for single reporting and progress status of the program to the promoter, the steering committee and other decisionmaking bodies, as long as necessary_We are an equal opportunity employer._

$90.00-$105.00 per hour
