Overview of the role:

We are looking for someone to assist the global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team in designing, planning and implementing initiatives, events and projects.

The global team provides support to the teams located in Canada, the United States, Argentina, Australia and the United Kingdom.

How you will make contributions that matter:

Identify opportunities for improving our practices and processes and help implement sustainable solutions.
Carry out research and present ideas to support our global inclusion and diversity schedule, which highlights various events that celebrate diversity in our company and in society.
Coordinate internal and external activities with our various partners (e.g. Effet A, Catalyst, WFF).

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

Education:
(field of study and/or major)

Human Resources, Communication, Administration

Skills and experience:

Project management skills
Agility and critical thinking skills
Active listening skills
Ability to promote diversity and equity
Indepth knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
