Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced Millwrights in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
• Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality of work
• Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interest in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
• Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced Millwrights
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Salary:
$23.00-$30.00 per hour


Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cambridge, ON N3H 4W3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Millwright: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Drivers Licence (preferred)
