We are currently looking for an Office Services Clerk to join our firm to assist with our upcoming office move.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assisting with closing files, including scanning, packing up and sending files offsite.
Assisting with various administrative matters with respect to digitization of record books
Assisting with upcoming office move and other office duties, as required.

Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of 1 years' work experience in a similar environment an asset;
Able to understand and take direction well;
Must be flexible and adaptable;
Maintains high level of confidentiality;
Ability to be productive while working independently under mínimal supervision;;
Must be selfmotivated, able to take initiative;
Some heavy lifting involved;
Excellent organizational and time management abilities required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months
