Job summary
The RCC Operating Technologist is responsible for remotely operating Building Automation Systems (BAS) in BGIS-managed client facilities.You will implement day-to-day operator level control changes, review trend data to support trouble shooting efforts, implement changes for energy and operational optimization initiatives, and coordinate corrective actions for complex issues.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Works with building operators and site managers to identify operational and energy savings in BAS operations.
- Develops recommendations for BAS system changes and implements approved changes which may include working with contractors and BAS vendors for the programming
