Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de journaliers de production afin de compléter son équipe. Chez Tarkett, vous trouverez une équipe dynamique qui vous offre des défis stimulants dans un contexte en constante évolution.

Les employés de production doivent occuper divers postes au niveau de la ligne de production, ou encore dans les départements de service, selon le poste qui leur aura été assigné par la responsable de main-d'œuvre. Les postes sont assignés par affichage de postes et par ancienneté. Les gens sélectionnés devront faire des remplacements de poste sur les différentes fonctions. Ils seront donc susceptibles de changer de postes et de quarts de travail de façon régulière. Ils doivent donc être disponibles pour travailler sur tous les quarts de travail pouvant leur être assigné, soient de jour, de soir, de nuit ou de fin de semaine selon les besoins de la production.

Le salaire est offert à partir de 24,95$/h selon le poste occupé, avec une augmentation salariale à tous les 6 mois durant les 30 premiers mois. En 2023, le taux moyen d'un employé de production ayant atteint le maximum de son échelle salariale est de 31.22$/heure.

Exigences
- Posséder un Diplôme de 5e secondaire (DES) ou une attestation d'équivalence ou;
- Posséder 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en milieu manufacturier.
