    Kraft Heinz North America is transforming its factories to significantly improve the Operational Efficiency of its Equipment by over 30%.

    This ambition requires planning and laser focus implementation.

    The KHMS Production Management (PM) Expert has the crucial role of coaching, teaching, and assessing the implementation of Plant performance systems including Performance Boards, Operational Meetings, Line Balancing, Workforce Crewing & Scheduling, Multi Machine Operations, Autonomous Teams and Trio Pathway execution as dictated by the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS).

    Perform assessments of plant PM & Trio implementation to ensure consistency within the NAZ.
    Embrace an ownership model for improved performance and the subsequent delivery of results in line with Annual Operating Plan and 5 Year Strategic Plan
    Integrate with other pillar owners to ensure team building and knowledge sharing within the organization.
    Lead efforts to share best practices and develop enhancements to Pillar content and assessment criteria.

    Build and sustain employee engagement by creating a culture of efficient execution and an environment in which individuals and teams can excel and continuously improve; participate in establishing an effective technical and leadership development plan for the maintenance/utility's organization.
